Business Process Manager (m/w/x)

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in technical university (TU/FH)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in process management and modeling (Automotive background preferred)
• Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and Stages-process management or equivalent tools
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience desired
• Information technology and Atlassian tools know-how is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, independent and team-oriented work, strong communication and excellent organizational skills
• CMMI or A-SPICE background is a benefit
• Transformational competencies, such as project- and knowledge management as well as organizational change techniques required
• Fluency in in English and German for both verbal and written communication (level B2 is a minimum) is a must

• Align processes with business strategy
• Evaluate existing processes, analyze implemented changes and recommend through adjustments to workflows, schedules or other processes as needed, while deploying technology
• Discovery, development and review of business process models to support process-based management and business improvement (continuous improvement)
• Establish policies and rules as well as facilitate changes in culture based on Headquarter regulations
• Make decisions based on governance regulations and process
• Guide and coach process owners on process implementation (concept, improvement, measurement modeling, techniques, etc.)
